All Saints with St Frideswyde (ASSF for short!) is an inclusive church with a heart for community and welcome. Our vision is summarised in our strapline: ‘a church which welcomes you in Jesus’ name to grow and share in his love’.
What does this mean for us?
A church that welcomes you’ – We want to be a church that welcomes everyone – irrespective of background or circumstances, hopes or fears, needs or gifts. We are eager to be a place where people are listened to – where their stories are heard.
‘In Jesus’ name’ – Our vision is for the life and love and death and resurrection of Jesus to be at the centre of our welcome and to be the
reason and motivation for our welcome. Our deep desire is to be a place where people will hear Jesus’ story clearly, appealingly and in a way that’s relevant to their lives.
‘To share in his love’ – We want our church to be a place where all encounter the love of God in Jesus. We long to encounter God’s love in our worship, in the Bible, in our study, in our fellowship and in our practical action.

All sorts of activities run on our premises by our partners such as our linked charity All Saints Children’s Ventures nursery, our uniformed groups, various lose weight and martial art groups, and a choir. Please feel welcome and enjoy traveling the Christian path with us.
